"I have had State Farm for my auto and home insurance now for almost 6 months. Normally after the 6 month auto coverage I end up searching for a different one once renewal time comes around due to what seems as an automatic policy paymt. increase where coverage stays the same but after the 6 month coverage term is up for renewal there's always some type of increase. After finding nothing but satisfactory from the moment I built my overall coverage for both the auto and home w/ the ease and assistance of Ms. Kamiyah Pits Rep of Agent Taylor Ellis and now the most recent assistance w/ a Ms. Christine whom I didn't recieve a last name but she was my most recent contact when I had an on-going issue arise once again w/ OKVIS (the Oklahoma Verification of Insurance Service) where drivers whom license plate and automobile vin number have been screened through their state of residence auto database after being captured on traffic camera(s) claim that you don't have required insurance the time of photo and are in a "violation" (keep in mind I have had constant insurance coverage w/ out ever lapsing to this day for over 20 years) but still receiving this "threat" from a legit legal and verified statement in the mail w/ a pic of the rear of my vehicle and a demanded fee of $290 for "failure of compliance w/ the state's required automobile insurance coverage." After reaching out during labor day weekend and speaking to a phone representative I was pleasantly surprised to get a call back from another team member w/ in the week. Ms.Christine whom took full personal responsibility in resolving this on-going issue stepped up. Her urgency and cooperation w/ me and the UVED Program for OKVIS is so appreciated. She is the prime reason I've decided to renew w/ State Farm this coming month of October 2026 instead of shopping around as I tend to do to save a lil' money. Even w/ my coverage increase (which was reasonable this time) I have found State Farm to be beneficial. The customer service has been above satisfactory when it comes to feeling secure, valued, & heard. The famous hook of "Like a good neighbor... has never been more true. So mahalo nui (many thanks) to all of the wonderful Assistants, Multiple Line Representatives, and all of the hard working staff and team under Agent Taylor Ellis for your upstanding services. I will be gladly continuing my business w/ you another 6 months term around the time of my home insurance coverage will be up for a possible renewal in April of 2027.
